For my first time as a renter, in my own place with my partner I can not recommend Robinson's anymore. With the property having a few minor issues on first arriving and teething into the new place, Robinson's were fast acting in any issues or concerns we had and dealt with then in an effectively and efficient time frame.

The team at Robinson Property have been consistently professional and provided good communication regarding inspections and repairs for the property. However, some issues have required several follow-ups with no resolution (such as hard waste disposal which was an issue before we moved in, and were told it was going to be solved over a month ago). I feel, comparative to other property management agencies, they have been pleasant to deal with and had good service, overall.

Moving to a new town can be daunting and finding a place to live feeds directly into that anxiety. Julz from Robinson Property was great when I met her for the property inspection. She was knowledgable about the property but better still she is a really nice person and shared her knowledge of the immediate area. In summary I was accepted for the property that afternoon and a weight was lifted from my shoulders. Highly recommended.
