Robinson have been our Property Management Agency now for 10 years. Throughout this time they have provided us with timely advice backed by a willingness to act and support us as Landlords whilst maintaining good relationships with our tenants over the years. This has again been demonstrated when our long term tenants notified they were looking to vacate. Robinson provided us guidance on the market rent for the area and secured tenants from the first open home. With the couple of days vacant there was even time for some maintenance to be completed prior to the new tenants moving in. Thank you again to the team at Robinson!
