Upon arrival I immediately noticed that the floor under the couch and tv cabinet had not been vacuumed. Upon further inspection I identified that toilet seat and balcony had not been cleaned. The glass sliding doors had also not been cleaned. I had to clean out majority of the kitchen drawers as they were dirty. Majority of the walls in the bedroom are dirty. With that being said Robinson property are very receptive and have good communication with their tenants. I am extremely grateful and privileged to be renting this property through this agency.

After looking at rental properties for months and receiving no communication or updates from other agents regarding properties that interested me Robinson Property answered our prayers. Upon inspecting the property we were greeted with a very welcoming agent who was happy to answer any questions we had being 2 young females renting our first home. From this moment we knew this property would suit all of our needs and that the agency of Robinson Property were going to be reliable. It was just over a week after inspecting and applying through Robinson Property that we received our acceptance to rent our house and we were overjoyed by the punctuality of this news. In addition since recently moving in, we have called and sent various emails regarding some of the features of the house and setting up appliances which we have been replied to with upmost urgency and care.
