In that time, there have been a handful of tenants come and go, but each time Robinson have provided me with sound advice and guidance on the changing market conditions, always setting realistic expectations for my investment. Anytime I need to get in touch to ask questions, I receive a prompt response. My property manager Jacinta has always been flexible with how I want to address tenant issues which occasionally arise, and I am confident things will be resolved in a timely manner. Also on timeliness, rent payments have always been processed punctually. I also like the option of having both a mid-month and end of month payment, in addition to having all bills processed internally, which makes the end of year tax process much more efficient with one summary statement.
