The team are easy to get a hold of and the few maintenance requests I had when initailly taking occupancy were dealt with straight away. The team is very responsive when it comes to email communications, with replys usually the same day.

Erica was extremely lovely to deal with and made the process very easy. The only downside had been trying to get in contact with her regarding a few minor things. We've heard back from her once in regards to something, but didn't hear anything after that. My housemates have tried calling the mobile she contacted us all off initially and it's now disconnected. We've emailed her about a couple of things since also, and heard nothing back. Aside from lack of communication, Erica and Robinson real estate have been really lovely to deal with and have made the whole leasing process very simple.
