Demi and Julz were very helpful! The whole process was very easy and smooth. We love our new apartment in Newcastle a lot!

Friendly, willing to answer questions, honest, great support and follow-up when applying and leasing with them. All the team with a big smile, positive. Make you feel welcome since you enter the place. Offer you different alternatives depending of what are you looking for. Quick response. Good properties.

Compared to other real estate agents that I’ve had to deal with, so far so good.

Submitted two minor problems that needed fixing, was called back as soon as they opened again the following day and within an hour of that call a tradesman had been sent out to fix and assess the problems- really impressed

Erica was extremely lovely to deal with and made the process very easy. The only downside had been trying to get in contact with her regarding a few minor things. We've heard back from her once in regards to something, but didn't hear anything after that. My housemates have tried calling the mobile she contacted us all off initially and it's now disconnected. We've emailed her about a couple of things since also, and heard nothing back. Aside from lack of communication, Erica and Robinson real estate have been really lovely to deal with and have made the whole leasing process very simple.

I had a young lady show me through a property . Polite, well spoken. Made everything very easy... And got my application processed immediately. Didn't have to stress. Didn't jump through any hoops. And the communication was and still is excellent. Thankyou Robinson
