We keep our apartment as a passive investment. We have busy lives and don't have time to get heavily involved in the day-to-day management. We need a property agent that can take the reins and run our investment on our behalf with little fuss. It's for this reason that we've stuck with Robinson Property for so long. They are very helpful and make the management of an investment property a total breeze!

We used Robinson Property for our new rental in Newcastle. We acquired this property during covid lockdown and these guys made it so easy for us. They provided great communication, quick response and attention to detail. Even since we have moved in, we have had staff checkin to ensure our move in went well. Thanks

Reletting my apartment was trouble free. my only involvement was directing them to re-let, and then approving the preferred tenant.

Jacinta & Jordan were very helpful in securing me a rental property on short notice, in an extremely difficult rental market. I really appreciate their efforts. I have been with Robinson Property for six years and have found the team to be very professional.
