Darren met with us and set out a strategy which was suitable to our circumstances and our area. He communicated consistently with us during the process of viewings and was always easily contactable. The process of selling was very quick once we had a buyer and Darren continued to check in and make sure everything was on track and ok. My wife and I purchased our first home with Mike which was a big deal for us. Delving into the 2291 postcode didn’t come easy however between Mike & Sonia we both felt comfortable with the process from end to end. They say you can’t buy experience, this was obvious when dealing with Mike. There was no pressure tactics however we received the right information on cue to help the process move along.
