After dealing with some pretty unfriendly rental agents during the last month of searching for a new home to rent, Jordan has been a breath of fresh air. Friendly, patient, understanding & honest. She has made a stressful period easier than I imagined it would be. Can not recommend Jordan & Robinson Property highly enough!

Robinson Property
The Managing Agents at Robinson Property always know exactly whats going on with my rental. They're pro-active in looking after all maintenance issues with no extra work required from me. When the property changes between leases they always make sure its left in good condition and promptly find the most suitable tenants to re-lease. They know exactly what price range to set the rent allowing me the best return for my investment. I have recommended Robinson to friends in the past and they have never disappointed.

The team at Robinson were amazing in my dealings securing a rental property with them. They really put the work in to check the details and get all the information to make sure my application was fully considered, particularly commendable in a tight rental market like Newcastle. I’d particularly like to thank both Jordan and Elissa for being so wonderful to deal with. It was also great to see how well they are looking after the property, taking extra steps to ensure the place was in good condition before I moved in. I look forward to a long and happy tenancy in a fantastic property.

The March storms this year proved challenging as our property suffered some major damage. Karen and the team were on to solving the problems immediately, liaising with the strata managers, tenants, builders / repairers etc. The communication through the entire process was excellent and it is during these adverse times that the true nature of Karen's skills as a property manager and the Robinson team shone. Thank you for al the hard work!
