Mike’s passion for selling and the vision of what is possible is what convinced us to go with him. Mike was very engaged throughout the sale and negotiation process and provided a steady stream of timely updates. I never thought I'd be saying this about a real estate agent, but Darren was professional in every way. His local knowledge and information was spot on, his communication was direct and he kept us informed every step of the way, The most important part of dealing with Darren however was he didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver. I had contacted Michael requesting him to keep an eye open for a site to construct a duplex in Merewether. At a later date I received a call from Michael that it would be worthwhile coming to open house at a new listing, 201 Morgan Street, Merewether. We attended the open house and immediately knew that the site was perfect for our future plans. We expressed our intentions to Michael that we were very interested. We contacted Michael on the Monday and he advised that there were a number of interested parties and to have our best offer in by 10:00am. We submitted our offer which was much in excess of the asking price and were subsequently successful in purchasing the property. We thoroughly appreciated Michael's honesty as he requested all parties to have their best offer in by 10:00am, this was very credible advice as it informed us quickly of our success or not in purchasing the property. He also kept us informed as to where the offer was with the vendor, as he could not immediately contact her.
