Mike from the moment i contacted him was extremely professional, realistic and assisting. Mikes knowledge of the area and expertise made the whole experience of searching for a home enjoyable and gave us a great deal of confidence we were buying the right property for us! Mike was upfront and extremely helpful from start to finish. Id recommend Mike to anyone who doesnt want to deal with the crap some agents throw you and if you're looking for someone who will work with you. Cant recommend Mike enough.

Darren was the agent for a house we purchased. We liked Darren's approach so much that we asked him to sell 2 properties for us. Darren's communication was excellent and genuine throughout both the buying and selling processes. I would thoroughly recommend Darren to anyone looking for an agent.

This is only the second time that I have utilised Tony's skill and knowledge to purchase/sell an apartment. Tony has always provided honest and accurate assessments of the market, sale opportunities and pricing. The current sale of my apartment at 741 Hunter St, West Newcastle was successfully completed in what I would term as "adverse conditions" which is a credit to Tony. This sale process was in place whilst I was overseas recently during which time Tony continued to make contact with updates and suggestions which ultimately gained the sale for me. I would readily utilise Tony for future property or building transactions

Mike was fantastic to deal with - from our 1st meeting we had confidence in his ability to do the best for us with the sale of our house. He then exceeded all our expectations with the sale price & the fact that contracts were exchanged within 1 week of the house going on the market. I would recommend Mike & his staff, particularly Sonia, to anyone who is wanting a professional & approachable agent. Kathryn & Craig

Tony is an incredibly competent agent who I have no hesitation recommending. He kept us totally informed of the sales process and negotiated an excellent price for us. He is an expert in Newcastle real estate and is well informed in regard to market trends.

Michael Flook was honest, knowledge and professional in our recent transaction of purchasing an investment property. After dealing with many agents over the last 6 months and attending auctions without success it was great to deal with Michael and his honest approach from our first inspection of the home and making an offer.

Mike is very good at his job. We interviewed a few agents -- all claimed they were excited to sell our place, but Mike’s determination and tenacity came through straight away. Mike’s passion for selling and the vision of what is possible is what convinced us to go with him. Mike was very engaged throughout the sale and negotiation process and provided a steady stream of timely updates. We were overseas during the sale, and it was comforting to know Mike was on the case and in our corner. He achieved an excellent sale for us.

I never thought I'd be saying this about a real estate agent, but Darren was professional in every way. His local knowledge and information was spot on, his communication was direct and he kept us informed every step of the way, The most important part of dealing with Darren however was he didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver. At no stage were we filled with promises and an over zealous attitude. He was actually a really nice guy! If I need to buy or sell in the future, I'll be phoning Daren. Thanks Darren. It was an absolute pleasure!
