Mike was on the money with the strategy used to sell our property. We trusted him with an approach that seemed against our instincts. We had 3 offers on the table after first open and it was all done and dusted 4 days after first open. We were interstate and never actually got to meet Mike but through his great communication skills this was not a problem.

Mike had previously sold a property for us and we requested he get the listing. He is a professional and we had faith in his ability. We knew the property was a hard sell to a minimum of buyers. In short the reason why we were so at ease and trusted Tony to do the job was planning and strategy. We was honest and a great communicator but most importantly outlined the plan he was going to use and WHY he was using it, the pros and cons and contigency methods if required.
