2 weeks from first phone call to Darren to discuss putting property on the market to SOLD sticker on property. Darren's promptness and attention to what was needed to be done was exemplary. Communication was easy and we were kept fully updated on what was happening and what to do next.

Ben was approachable and very friendly on the opening inspection. I did feel once I was locked in as a buyer I didn't hear much from him. I would have liked him to communicate better with me for eg, indicating he had received the holding bond, helping me understand the processes involved etc. I did have my solicitor helping me and liaising with Ben, but as I was very knew to the process, I would have appreciate hearing from him so I was aware all parties knew what was happening. I sort of felt once he has sold the property to me he didn't need to help me anymore. However, Tanika who has been helping Ben while he was away has been amazing!!! She has communicated well keeping me informed and gone out of her way to let me into the house several times. I can't commend her enough!!

Tony Reville did an outstanding job of marketing, managing and selling my property. I interviewed every agent in the district and on every count, Tony was way ahead. This included price, service, organisation. efficiency, communication. enthusiasm, knowledge, connection. I could go on. He was so on the ball. Every need was anticipated and provided for. I was out of town and had organised to replace the carpets and get it painted and Tony was all over it. He was truly remarkable for his enthusiasm and efficiency. Really great job by Tony Reville and the whole Robinson Property team.

Michael Flook went beyond my experiences with Real Estate Agents in the past. Michael assessed the property and quickly determined what had to be done to present my property to maximise the best selling price. Michael organised various trades to do minor repairs and decorating inside and outside so that the property presented well and ensured that the sale price we determined was achieved. His negotiation skills with the purchaser were excellent.
