Very Professional with Excellent Communication
Phillip was very professional and had excellent communication. Throughout the sale process he kept me constantly updated and also did the same for the buyer. He has a strong financial background and also good knowledge of the property market. We found a buyer after the first home open. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an experienced realtor to see Phillip.

Phillip followed up with all my questions promptly and without any problems. I was completely happy with his professionalism with regards to the realestate market sales. I especially enjoyed the housewarming gift of a bottle of champagne. More importantly was the follow up with strata companies insurance policies and his prompt liase between buyer, seller and financial agent to ensure sale closure in its entirety. Phillip was down to earth and approachable from the very beginning. He didn't try pumping himself up or putting others down, he just came in gave me all the facts, backed up with real evidence. He wasn't desperate for my business, he earned it. I was comfortable with him, I trusted him to get things done and he did. We got the price we wanted and he knew what he was doing every step of the way. I can't praise or thank him enough.

I rate Phillip very highly as can be seen above. He was consistent and persistent in his efforts to market the Unit. He gave us good advice on staging which we believe helped in getting the property sold. He showed concern both for the buyer and us as sellers to ensure the a good outcome for both parties.
