Very Professional with Excellent Communication
Phillip was very professional and had excellent communication. Throughout the sale process he kept me constantly updated and also did the same for the buyer. He has a strong financial background and also good knowledge of the property market. We found a buyer after the first home open. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an experienced realtor to see Phillip.

Phillip followed up with all my questions promptly and without any problems. I was completely happy with his professionalism with regards to the realestate market sales. I especially enjoyed the housewarming gift of a bottle of champagne. More importantly was the follow up with strata companies insurance policies and his prompt liase between buyer, seller and financial agent to ensure sale closure in its entirety.
