Prior to listing out property, we had three prospective agents to inspect our property, and inform us of their approach to selling as well as their expected selling price. All of these agents appeared to be similar in their marketing approach but none were as Convincing and Confident of closing a sale as Tina, from Anchor. Not only was Tina more Confident but she estimated the Value of the property at $45,000 more than any of the other three. Within one week of listing, Anchor held an Open House. Six couples viewed the property during the Open House, and an offer was made. Tina communicated the offer and successfully negotiated a sale. Within one week of listing our property, we had a confirmed contract to purchase. Just this week the property has settled resulting in a very satisfying result of $30,000 above all other agents.
