I felt that I was led to believe that my place would be sold quickly and at a good price. I was asked to drop my price and it took a while even after that. I got the minimum that I wanted any less and I wouldn't have been able to buy back into the market.

Happy with the level of communication and guidance from Anchor Reality. Only issue was that though settlement occurred on the same day as the settlement on our prior home there was no prior advice that we were not allowed into the new home until after settlement. Obviously we had removalist trucks loaded up with furnishings and no where to take things until AFTER settlement had taken place on the new home. We had to formally secure legal approval to get early access to the new home. While this was a formality it was not known about until near the settlement day. Sellers and buyers having a settlement happen on the same day need to be advised up front of what is required to happen re getting access to move furnishings otherwise they have to have furnishings stored in removalist trucks until the settlement time occurs. If there is any issue re settlement the trucks and removalist are unable to complete the job.
