Anchor sold my house so fast I had to do the proverbial self-pinching exercise to convince myself it was a done deal. I'm talking a day or two or thereabouts! In the lead-up and follow-up their communications with me was excellent. I've tried to recall anything untoward in the exercise, but there simply wasn't. A shout-out too for Power and Cartwright whose conveyancing input was faultless.
