With our property being on the market for over 6months with another agent with no contracts. Tina approached us with her extensive history of selling and entrusted her to get a quick but best price for the value of our house. She quickly lived up to her reputation and had a contract on our house at our first open home. Tina and Steph did their utmost to make the most of the sale of my house - given the council's new unrealistic flood lines slapped on many properties. My house was now subject to a loss of value ( with no notification ) they suggested methods to engage a surveyor to clarify the reality of this , the results of this allowed buyers to feel secure in their purchase. Thanks to Steph and Tina I'm sold !! Above all , genuine , no inflated expectations and always hard at work problem solving and communicating for a great result .
