With the property market strong, but with reminders of floods still in people's minds, James was given the task to sell our house which was flood affected in 2013. Setting a price for the house was hard, the house was in great condition, but the location let it down. James explained how he saw the price and the strategy he wanted to use to get it sold. In the end this worked out and we had an offer relatively quickly, for a price we were happy with and close to what we had hoped to get.

James was very friendly from the very beginning when I went to the open home. The whole process was super straight forward. As first home buyers, ANP Kay’s made things easy for us by answering all our questions and helping us along the way. They were also efficient at sending out information and documents. Thank you, we are so excited to live in our first home! Nikita and Saxon
