Successful sale
We engaged James to sell our much loved family home knowing there would be challenges owing to a long term tenant being in place. This did not deter James and we had good feedback from the first couple of open houses leading to a price adjustment that enabled us to zero in on a fair market price for the house. We would have no hesitation in recommending James to sell your house.
