James and his team did a marvelous job throughout the whole process of selling our block of land. From the initial contact with Kays, through the appointment of James as agent, to the discussions around marketing and advertising everything was handled quickly, efficiently and without fuss. He kept us up to date during the advertising period and through to achieving a satisfactory contract of sale. We were extremely happy with the whole process and especially pleased with our dealings with James and his team.

I was referred to James Scarborough by Marcus Groth who recently provided excellent service during the sales enquiry of a property that was on their listing. James provided his assurance that his property management team had the knowledge and experience to ensure a smooth process. James and Marcus were kind to offer competitive management rates and upfront in the information they provided. Thanks to James and Marcus from Anpkays for the comprehensive assistance.

Big thank you to James and the team who assisted with the sale of our property just prior to Christmas. James went above and beyond to keep us informed throughout the process and we could not be happier with the final result.

Have been dealing with James for over 10 years. The team at ANP Kays is quite good as they have always been there for me. The help and assistance with leasing and keeping the property maintained and providing communications with the tenants and myself at all times. The sale of the property has gone smoothly and i would recommend James and team for any future realestate buying or renting.

in a market place that i had found so much negativity if you were not a million $$ purchaser. Marcus was very proactive, and went out of his way to improve my experience.. to a successful conclusion. Thank you to both. I would not hesitate to confidently recommend you to all.

We contacted Rob following advice from family who had dealt with him in the past, and knew from our first meeting he was the agent for us. His local knowledge, honest assessment of our property's value which was spot on at sale and friendly relaxed personality made for a positive stress free experience. Rob was always available to answer any questions and helped us enormously with organising and dealing with all aspects of our sale which was greatly appreciated as we all lived interstate. Many thanks Rob

My step father was so keen for Rob to handle the sale that he wrote his name on cupboard door before he died in hospital
