Highly recommended!
I would not hesitate in recommending Tom to anybody considering selling their property. This was the first property I have sold so I was unsure of the process involved. After enquiring with a couple of different agencies I was immediately impressed with Tom's response time and obvious knowledge of the local market. Throughout the whole process Tom made sure I was updated at all times of how things were progressing and explained everything thoroughly which was greatly appreciated. I am beyond happy with the outcome achieved with my property selling above the asking price after being on the market for less than a week, I have no doubt that this exceptional outcome is in large part thanks to Tom's proactive approach to selling. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a genuine, knowledgeable and proactive agent.

Absolute professional
