At the start of our search for a house we found this property managed by Image Property in Moffat Beach. We loved it but there were not enough pictures of the house in the advert and there were limited viewings available. Therefore we had to do a pre-application and wait for a viewing to become available. This would be our only negative which is why we have given 4/5 stars. - fyi this seemed to be the case for most agents we found out this when we went to inspections and the place was taken by the time we finished the inspection. Once we had applied and viewed the property 2 weeks later we happily accepted pending some repairs. The repairs were already listed in the inspection and most happened within the first few days of our move in date. Amanda was really thorough with the inspection and once we completed our review of the inspection, all repairs were noted and were in the process of being completed. The whole process was professional and communication was very clear. Amanda and the team were also very helpful with the move offering advice when needed and was flexible in the move in date. Obviously we are only in the first week of renting the house but so far we have had a great experience with Image property and at this point we would recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Sunshine Coast.

Having been a long term renter for all of my life and have dealt with many real estates during that period. Image property have honestly been the best real estate I have ever rented through. Recently the property I have been in for 5 years with Image property was sold. As we all know, the climate with available rentals has been one which creates anxiety and stress for all renters. However the sales agent, Nathan Christmas, and the property manager Stephanie Peterson, were compassionate, transparent and very willing to help during this process. They kept me informed and up to date with what was happening every step of the way. Nathan liaised with Stephanie and they helped us find another tenancy within our budget and area and we were very fortunate and grateful, to be able to stay on their books. I can’t recommend both the rental and sales team for all they did to help us throughout this change.
