We had a great experience moving into our rental leased by Image Property. We had a time pressure to move in, but as the previous tenant had unfortunately left the premises in a surprisingly sad state, there was a lot of maintenance to be completed in a short time frame. We received regular and clear communication from our leasing agent Stefanie, who remained dignified in her approach to the situation, and we were able to move into the house on time, and with issues addressed. It was also refreshing and appreciated to feel we were respected as tenants, and it has been delightful to see a professional and confident young woman in Stefanie.

We have dealt with Image Property for several years. They now look after four investment properties on our behalf. They have always been good communicators and deal with problems quickly. There is very little headache passed on to us, even when we had an issue with a tenant refusing to pay rent. Our current property manager is Stefanie Peterson- she has been great, and so was her predecessor. We would have no hesitation in recommending Image Property.
