We recently sold and subsequently bought a property with Ben. Throughout our journey with Ben has been exceptional. His enthusiasm during our open homes which were plagued with wet weather was remarkable and despite the weather he achieved a great result in three weeks. He is a joy to work with and provides excellent service and advice throughout the process. If you are looking to buy or sale a property with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, hardworking and reliable then Ben Hamilton is the first choice without a doubt.

Ben Hamilton is simply outstanding. He sold our apartment in just three weeks from listing — and at a record price for the complex. Ben is a great communicator, always available, and totally committed to getting the best outcome. Proactive and skilled in negotiation, Ben has integrity, strong local property experience and is tenacious in following prospective leads. From the start we felt we could trust him to sell our apartment and we benefited from his insights. We highly recommend Ben Hamilton as your first choice when buying or selling property.

I had the pleasure of working with Mark on selling my home and buying my dream home, I can't recommend him enough ! What i appreciated most was how patient and understanding Mark was. Weather it was late night questions, last minute showings, or just a reassuring phone call when things felt overwhelming, he was always there, even put up with my anxieties. Jacob was amazing to work with to sell our home. His level of experience made such a difference for us and he was able to look after all parties to ensure the sale went through. We felt supported, he was accommodating, kept us up to date and our opinion was considered. We are very happy with our decision to use Jacob from Image Property.

It was a challenge as we were not local but the sale was managed to a successful conclusion in spite of us being unable to be present due to commitment and focus

I cannot recommend Mark highly enough. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and managed to sell my home at the price I wanted in four working days which was beyond my expectations. Mark understands the market, when to focus on local buyers, and when to talk to his wealth of interstate investment buyers. He also checked in regularly to make sure everything was moving smoothly and really went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Hands down the best choice I could have made to sell my home :)

We had a three month contract which included a Sunset Clause. Jarod kept us up to date on other offers occurring during the campaign, always a prompt and professional response to any questions we had. Jarod has a friendly and helpful manner and also provided good advice for the sale of our home.
