Matt certainly knew the local area and how best to take advantage of what my house had to offer. If he didn’t know something - he found out. Matt kept his promises re keeping in regular contact and was always happy to take my calls. I liked the way he made me feel he was totally focused on my needs - even though he obviously had other clients. He went beyond my expectations in solving any small problems that cropped up and in helping me find contractors to perform tasks. I really appreciated that. I was certainly happy with the result Matt and his team achieved.

Our daughter inspected the property for us on the Saturday before the long weekend in late January. We offered on the Saturday, and Mark kept in constant touch with us in securing the property for us to our satisfaction and to the satisfaction of the vendor too. Mark was making calls to us on the Public Holiday which was the Monday, and because we were buying interstate Mark was most helpful in answering our legal questions and putting us in touch with a very nice conveyancer from Qld.
