Can’t fault his expertise with not only this property but others that we saw in the area. Cannot fault the whole team with their helpfulness and understanding especially that close to Christmas. Would have no problems recommending Ryan and his team to any of our friends or relatives if and when they decide to sell. Fell in love with 9 McCullough the first time we saw it and did not hold out much hope of buying it but as they say good things come to those who wait.
