Ryan and his team were a wonderful find. His knowledge of the area and trends made our selling process smooth and seamless. His recommendations of local vendors was spot on and it made our sale that much easier. I would and am recommending his firm for any housing sales, and plan to use him again when choosing to buy our next home.

Can’t fault his expertise with not only this property but others that we saw in the area. Cannot fault the whole team with their helpfulness and understanding especially that close to Christmas. Would have no problems recommending Ryan and his team to any of our friends or relatives if and when they decide to sell. Fell in love with 9 McCullough the first time we saw it and did not hold out much hope of buying it but as they say good things come to those who wait.

I can’t thank Ryan & Cassie enough for their kindness and support throughout the process of purchasing my first home. They made an overwhelming and stressful situation a lot easier. It’s rare to find people who go the extra mile and beyond to make sure their client is comfortable and happy. So thank you both very much!

Ryan and his team made the sale of our property so simple, from the first point of contact he has let us know what to expect and a couple of simple steps to maximize our return. In a very short space of time Ryan had a contract for us to consider well above our initial asking price, the entire process was handled professionally, he and his team were prompt, courteous spoke in a language easily understood! Thoroughly recommend Ryan for a no fuss experience!

Ryan, in July 2019, we were looking for a REAL ESTATE AGENT, who can sell our property at WYNN VALE with minimum fuss. We did some market research and spoke to 3 different Real Estate Agents, including yourself. You stood out because of your GO-GETTER ATTITUDE. Another thing is in Golden Grove, Wynn Vale Area you have been very active. Plus you have an OFFICE in GOLDEN GROVE VILLAGE. While dealing with you & your wife, in the last 4 months or so, the things that impressed me & my wife are; 1. You are a down to earth, real estate resource, who knows what you are doing! 2. Your market knowledge is superior to most 3. Your advice is very practical, you advised us not to spend unnecessarily in renovating the home, before putting it on the market 4. You have a network of supporting services like Furniture Companies, Conveyancer etc. 5. You are very well organised, have a schedule and stick to your schedule 6. You are always there when we need you and you are very flexible and accommodative 7. You HAVE A SUCCESS FORMULA AND IT WORKS! 8. You sold the property at a RECORD TIME AND AT A GREAT PRICE! We could not have asked for more! We wish you & your wife ALL THE VERY BEST IN FUTURE! YOU ARE A GREAT COMMUNITY RESOURCE!!!

As first home buyers, we couldn't have asked for someone as caring and patient as Michael and Pam. Michael was happy to take our call at any point during (and after) the purchasing process. We would highly recommend Michael for buying or selling your home :)

This is the second time within two years that Pamela Barrington has sold a home for us in Craigmore. On both occasions the properties were sold above our expected price. The last being sold on the first open. We wanted an agent we could work with. An agent whom was working for us and not just themselves. We would highly recommend Pamela and will no doubt at some stage in the future, call on her expertise again.
