Ryan or Josh were always available to answer any queries I had. I was kept up to date with when inspections were being held and given regular honest feedback. I dealt with several other employees from Smith Partners and all were friendly and helpful. I was never made to feel as if anything was too much trouble for them. Ryan & Josh were always encouraging when I was doubting if my house would sell insisting that it would sell! And they were right! I had listed my house with another agent prior to Ryan and my only regret is not listing with Smith Partners from the beginning.

Selling a house can be a stressful time, Ryan and his excellent staff took out the worry of it all by providing us with an excellent service. Ryan’s knowledge of the area, marketing strategies etc is second to none. We had one open with over 40 parties through, 9 returned for a second viewing and we received six offers all well above what we actually expected eventuate great in the sale from one open. The state Timon to detail that Ryan and his team applies is amazing and seriously folks if you are selling a property in the north eastern suburbs and not using Ryan Smith you are probably doing yourself and your property and injustice. If you want a no nonsense and honest approach to selling your property you cannot go past these guys.
