Happy with Ryan's professional approach and in selling our home. Our only reservation was that he advised us to set the price low (which we had stated we wouldn't accept) to bring in potential buyers, Then when that low offer came in, we were told to accept it. We would have liked to start at a higher price to test the market first.

Now that the dust has settled and the unpacked boxes are hidden away, I can appreciate the awesome job Ryan did in selling our house so quickly. Sorry this has taken a while but our internet connection has only been re-established today. Overall we were very pleased with the service provided by Smith Partners. The whole package worked around getting a very good result on the sale of our house....a well presented photo /internet package and a useful visit from the stylist lead to trouble free opens that achieved positive feedback and ultimately a successful result for us. We feel that Smith partners are certainly worth engaging for sale of property in the Wynn Vale area.
