I was overseas in London at the time of the negotiations and with difference in tie zones it could have been difficult. I found Ryan was a very goog listener, very responsive to what I was asking and putting forward. He come across as very creditable and honest. Overall very satisfied with level of service, follow up post agreement etc.

Ryan was able to achieve a sales figure (twice, after first contract fell through) which was more than I expected and even obtained a higher figure after I was satisfied with the first offer. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone wanting to sell their home. The behind the scenes admin work could be improved a bit.

We flew in to Adelaide for one weekend, determined to buy a house. Ryan was very accomodating. Helping us with directions and meeting us at differant properties. Knowing we were short on time, any question he couldn't answer off the top of his head he quickly found out for us. He stayed late to make the deal and went in on his day off, early, to complete our paperwork. He drove a good deal, but we felt it was fair. We love our dream home, Thanks Ryan.

Happy with Ryan's professional approach and in selling our home. Our only reservation was that he advised us to set the price low (which we had stated we wouldn't accept) to bring in potential buyers, Then when that low offer came in, we were told to accept it. We would have liked to start at a higher price to test the market first.
