From start to finish, our experience with Sonya and the team at Ray White Bridgeman Downs has been nothing short of incredible. Having met Mitch first at an open home and his welcoming nature we discussed what kind of property we are searching for and straight away he mentioned that he had a few in mind for us, which in this current market is hard to come by. Unfortunately being unsuccessful with an offer we made on the first home, I was on the phone almost daily with Sonya and Mitch to find the perfect property. Looking at our criteria of what we wanted Sonya had a property in mind for us, however looking at a few pictures a previous real estate agent had online from a year ago put us off the property (could have been due to poor angles and overall marketing of the property) and I told Sonya that unfortunately it was not something we were looking for. Sonya called me back the same day asking me to come look at the property in person, as the photos did not do the property justice and that it ticks all of our boxes plus more. We reluctantly went to have a look and we feel in love with it straight away! Sonya and her team clearly are fantastic at what they do and they know exactly what each of their clients are looking for. Prior to settlement we also had the opportunity to meet Tim who was also friendly and professional and made sure the house and garden were clean before settlement. What stood out the most for me is if at any time I had a question big or small, I didn’t feel scared to call Sonya as she was always there to help (no assistant or associate on her behalf) from assisting to buying our property and even helping me with questions and advice I had when we were trying to sell our current property with another real estate, she always had time for us as she is lovely and incredibly passionate in what she does.
