Wishing to thank the crew at Ray White and the fabulous Sonya Treloar for coming to the rescue of the sale of 8 Kildonan. As a retired old 60s entertainer, if I still had a show, she would be in it, but only as a "chorus cutie". In every way a true professional in selling our much loved home, taking the stress off us as humanly possible. I am now back to my normal medication of just two bottles of wine a night and 1 box of chocolates. Selling and relocating has been so much fun. She is now a beautiful friend not just our agent. Selling your home is an overwhelming experience. Where do you start? Sonya has a wealth of knowledge about the market. She gives good advice on what you need to do and has a great team behind her. Sonya communicates effectively and promptly and you feel reassured you are in good hands. She also has a pleasant, empathetic manner which is really appreciated when you are doing something that could be a stressful experience.
