Selling our home proved to be extremely challenging as we were caught in the 'perfect storm' of COVID and some very nervous banks. As a result, Sonya and Libby Patrick had to sell our home SIX times as the first five contracts fell over due to Finance. Throughout the many challenges this presented, Sonya and Libby were resolute and determined, and every failed contract just seemed to steel them even more to push ahead, as a team, with great positivity while maintaining wonderful communication throughout with us.
