Gets Great Results
Sonya sold my property in a couple of weeks for the price she said she was going to get for me, which was a lot higher than I expected, and a lot higher than I was told I would get by other agents. Sonya and her team are a slick unit; extremely professional, organised, hard working and are in constant communication with you every step of the way. She made the whole process of selling my home seamless and easy, and she got the result she said she would. I cannot speak highly enough of her. If you want your property sold quickly, and for a good price, definitely go with Sonya.

Absolutely fantastic!
We couldn’t have been happier with the service provided by Sonya and her team! Our house went on the market online on the Tuesday, held our first open house on the Saturday morning and by that afternoon it was sold unconditionally And for more than we expected! Hi Sonya & Mitch, Thank you two so much for going 'over & above' for us. We appreciated your straight shooting Sonya and facilitating quotes for painters etc. We got there in the end thanks to you two stepping up and being efficient and resolving all our concerns. We have met our new neighbours who are all lovely and add to the excitement of moving in. Moving day is the 16th of May. Worth every penny!
We originally had our property listed with another agent and that company had our listing for almost 11 months with no real progress. Through a personal recommendation, I reached out to Sonya and immediately felt that our needs were going to be well looked after. Sonya listened to our situation and came out with a number of pathways for us to take in order to sell our property. Most importantly, we felt that Sonya had our interest to heart. Within 4 weeks of listing, we received offers and Sonya coordinated with the exiting tenant to minimise disruption. Not only is Sonya a very experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent in the area, her team has platforms setup in order to ensure that our property is marketed properly (instead of relying on only Realestate or Domain). Overall, Sonya is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Overall positive experience.
We were very nervous selling our house, not knowing what to expect. We had previously chosen another agent to sell our home, however, after seeing Sonya's team in action at an open home, we knew we needed to meet with her. I am glad we did! From the initial contact, all the way to the finalisation of the sale, Sonya kept us up to date. There was literally daily contact and being in a position where we were looking to buy and inspecting houses ourselves, I can say that Sonya's communication was far superior to any agent I had dealt with. We were in an unfortunate position where a buyer's finance was not approved, however, Sonya along with Claudia, had us back under contract within 2 weeks and unconditional before the expected due date. Sonya not only looked after us as seller's but helped us navigate our way through purchasing another home, something we hadn't done in a long time. She was available to speak and offer reassurance in the times we needed it most.
