If you are a buyer be prepared to be followed up. Your feedback is taken on board and passed on to the Seller. You will be treated with friendliness and respect. As a seller. Be prepared to be taken under the Sonya Trelor's team's wing and listen to the professionals, as they advise you. The marketing of your property is a well-oiled campaign. From the lovely gents who turn up half an hour before every Open House to "present" the property (and I don't even know who put all that stuff back into the vans afterwards).There is prompt and transparent invoices and receipts sent from the professional office admin. Then, of course, there is the hard work of Sonya and her sales team. Expect phone calls, emails seven days a week. They have endless energy and they focus it solely on your sale. So if you are a buyer know you will be treated fairly and with respect. If you are a Seller... get some sleep and listen to the advice.
