Sonya and the team met every expectation we had and that they promised - and we sold our home after just two open homes. Moving on from our home of 15 years was always going to be tough, but the sales process was excellent and made the move so much easier. We were able to agree our respective expectation readily, the marketing plan was spot on and Sonya and the team used their knowledge of the local market to execute the plan to get an outstanding result matching our great home with buyers looking for exactly what the property offered. Getting in a stylist to tweak the presentation for open homes was great and gave that extra bit of confidence in what is a stressful process of putting your home on display. It's also important for sellers to understand they have to contribute to the process while relying on good advice from their agent about the current market. With Sonya we were able to communicate and iron out the details and realistically set our expectations and then expect our agent to meet or exceed those expectations based on a strong mutually agreed plan. I'm pleased to say it worked spot on and justified why we had researched who in the local Bridgeman Downs market had the best grip on what was happening locally. Well done Sonya and team. We got the value we hoped for quickly and you not only met the expectation you exceeded it.
