We were very nervous about purchasing a house prior to selling our existing home. We spoke to Sonya about what we wanted to do and she was so helpful prior to us signing the contract for her to sell our house. She answered my questions, helped me look for homes to purchase and her staff even assisted in reading a contract for me once I did find a house even though I still hadn't listed with her. She came up with a plan to take photos of my property first so that if I did find a house to purchase first I could put my house on the market immediately. It all worked out perfectly and I sold 3 weeks and 4 days after listing my house with her. We got a price we were happy with and can't wait to move to our next adventure.
