I have had dealing with John La Macchia on two occasions for a buy and a sell. Both times we was nothing but professional. He has been in the real estate game long enough that his knowledge shines. Nothing phases him and he had an answer and solution on every turn. Would highly recommend engaging his services.

Nikki is honest, trustworthy, hard working and above all a lovely caring lady. Nikki sold my home within 2 days, not necessary to have a home open, selling for much more than I was expecting.

Thank you John for your honest, friendly and efficient service in selling our home in Mandurah. Your strategy in terms of pricing, and how to bring the home to market meant we ended up with a sale price so much higher than we could have ever imagined. Not only that, the home was under offer in 3 days and settlement done very quickly. You’ve been our real estate agent for many many years, and we will continue to use your services in the future, as well as recommend you to others.
