From there every aspect of preparation and sale was covered by Brendon with consummate ease. Most importantly, Brendon is a patient listener and is not overbearing (in spite of the fact he probably knows the answer to our questions before we've finished asking them) which for older people is a very important trait. Brendon has many useful contacts in different trades and all the people he recommended were exceptional.
