Listing with Tanya from our perspective was an excellent choice of estate agent. Very professional, not pushy but worked consistently for us as the Seller. All queries, texts, etc., were followed up very promptly, couldn’t ask for more. Having bought and sold many times over our life journey, working with Tanya rates up there as one of our best experiences. Thanks again for all your hard work.

To many, buying a house can be a daunting task however I can say it wasn't the case for me. The staff at Semple did a fantastic job. The process was made easy and quick. But a special thankyou to Tanya who did an outstanding job. From answering all my queries anytime, to opening the house for a random family visit and performing a detailed final inspection (with videos) on my behalf-I have never experienced such a high calibre of professionalism. Highly recommended for all your real estate needs!

Kasey made selling our first home such a smooth easy process. She provided her honest feedback and kept us updated every step of the way! All of our questions were answered the same day by Kasey herself or her PA Michele they are a great team, and we would recommend Kasey to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Luke’s knowledge and experience, combined with his approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. My husband passed away halfway through renovating the property. Luke’s advice with colour, furnishings along with tradesmen to complete our renovations was perfect, nothing was a bother. I highly recommend Luke to anyone looking to sell a property- Sold quickly and above the price predicted, and it’s because Luke profoundly understood the housing market. Along with the fact that Luke was understanding of my situation, truly a pleasure to have as an agent. I’m a client for life

Brian is excellent. He has connections in many areas and knows what his clients are seeking. We had our unit on the market for a while with no interest. We mentioned it to Brian casually, and being so on to it, he knew he had some that might be interested. He kept us informed throughout the whole process, which we appreciated. One passing conversation led to a brilliant outcome, as he knows his clients and what they are after. We recommend contacting this personable man who is there for the best outcomes for his clients. First time sellers, selling our family home of 33 years. Walked into Semple with no announcement and after a brief discussion of our needs, Brendon was introduced as our agent. From there every aspect of preparation and sale was covered by Brendon with consummate ease. Most importantly, Brendon is a patient listener and is not overbearing (in spite of the fact he probably knows the answer to our questions before we've finished asking them) which for older people is a very important trait. Brendon has many useful contacts in different trades and all the people he recommended were exceptional. His professionalism is unquestionable and of particular note was his very timely response to any questions or concerns. Brendon always returned calls promptly, so there was no anxiety created by delays. Really grateful that we had Brendon as our agent as we had no problem talking and laughing with him while going through one of life's most stressful experiences.

Brian has skills of the good seller. He's incredible responsive when I asked questions and get back to me when he hasn't had the answer straight away. He knows the type of buyer which reflects from the gift that he gave at the end of the settlement process.
