I cannot thank Nikki enough for helping to guide me through the process of purchasing my first home. Before purchasing I had done some research into todays market and spoke with friends and family who had recently purchased or were looking to buy a home. Admittedly I was a bit nervous about the market and had heard some stories on how competitive things were which made me a little nervous. Thankfully, when I met Nikki at the first home open, she instantly calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. Despite the 50+ families that came through the door that day she was incredibly approachable and took the time to answer any questions that I had. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty and integrity were very much appreciated and respected. She offered her opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of.
