As far as I was concerned Nikki worked seamlessly in the background taking a lot of pressure off me. I was pleased that Nikki quickly understood the type of property we wanted to sell and how we needed to sell within a tight time frame. Nikki suggested an auction method of sale because it would attract buys with less complicated financing so making it easier to meet our deadlines.
