We had a wonderful experience with Kasey Summers and the team at Semple Property Group. From the very first phone call to enquire about the property right up until settlement the process was a breeze! Kasey and the team kept us in the loop with everything, helped us and explained the whole process and made buying our first home such an enjoyable experience! We would highly recommend going with Kasey and Semple Property Group!

Kirstin and her team were simply amazing. The knowledge of the area and experience shone through. I have sold a few houses in my time but never has it been so easy Kirstin saw to everything and nothing was too much trouble. I can not recommend Kirstin and her team more highly.

Kasey and her team did a fantastic job in selling my property, She knew the market well and always communicated on feedback. My property had a few issues to which she had good solutions and had tradespeople on hand at very responsible pricies for repairs to help sell the property. I would highly recommend Kasey to anyone thinking of selling.

Nikki understood that we weren’t just selling a house but rather our much loved home. She was patient, understanding & above all - honest. Nikki’s knowledge of real estate SOR in Perth was such an asset for us. She is especially astute in selling through Openn negotiation (online auction). This was a successful method for us, & we were guided by Nikki every step of the way. Like many young Perth families, our home is our most important & significant financial asset. Nikki respected this greatly & took the time to understand our “why”. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. If you’re looking for a trustworthy & intelligent agent - Nikki is the one!!

Nikki Varga has just sold my Ferndale property at the 1st Home Open and for a decent amount over the initial asking price. Legendary 😀. This is the 2nd time Nikki has been involved in selling a property for me and, as happened the 1st time, she has constantly been professional, open and honest, greatly knowledgeable, always approachable and energetic in her approach to getting the job done. I would have no problem whatsoever in recommending her to anyone either buying or selling a property.

Josephine went out of her way to collect some spare garage keys and even delivered them to family closeby (as I wasn't home and didn't feel comfortable leaving in the mailbox). I appreciated this so so much:)
