We chose Kasey to sell our house after extensive research. As the agent who sells the most in the area, we hoped she’d know what she is doing. And we are so glad we decided to go with her. She is certainly the best in the market. We found her to be extremely professional, ethical as well as compassionate and caring. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Kasey. She is not only knowledgeable about the local market, but also a great people’s person. Kasey professionally guided us through the process with extreme patience and sensitivity, answering all of our queries, helping us establish realistic expectations and, most importantly, making us feel like we were always a priority for her. Given that she has the largest number of clients, that could not have been easy. At each step of the process, Kasey came through with her commitment to excellence. She went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of and found ways to get us the best deal possible. Although we engaged her to sell our property, I was also highly impressed by the respect she consistently showed for the buyers. For me, she certainly earned huge amount of respect for that. I would highly recommend Kasey to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property and would certainly chose her for my next property.

I cannot thank Nikki enough for helping to guide me through the process of purchasing my first home. Before purchasing I had done some research into todays market and spoke with friends and family who had recently purchased or were looking to buy a home. Admittedly I was a bit nervous about the market and had heard some stories on how competitive things were which made me a little nervous. Thankfully, when I met Nikki at the first home open, she instantly calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. Despite the 50+ families that came through the door that day she was incredibly approachable and took the time to answer any questions that I had. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty and integrity were very much appreciated and respected. She offered her opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of. If I had a question about the contract of sale, final inspection, the open negotiation platform or just wanted to wrap my head around some real estate terminology she was always there to help. I’ll be encouraging all of my family and friends to reach out to Nikki if they’re looking to buy or sell their home and wish her all the success both now and in the future at Semple Property Group.

Have dealt with many agents as both a buyer and a seller and Brian rates extremely highly in our opinion. He was very professional, and accommodating in organising a viewing time. We appreciated his honest presentation of the property. He thought outside the square to get a suitable deal done for the seller which also worked for us as the buyer. Thank you Brian.

Tanya is a highly experienced and knowledgeable agent who understood the complexities of our sale. She worked with her rental colleagues as well as potential buyers to get us the best market price in an exceptional timeframe that enabled all of our other dominoes to fall.
