Best coutcime for my situation Tanya did everything and did it well
Tanya took om my listing will perfect tenants living in the house. They were obvioulsy disraught and due to Tanyas tenacity they cleaned the house perfectly and made it homely for the inspections going over board all due to how Tanya communicated with them. House sold first weekend of inspections. If your time constrained like me being FIFO Tanya is you go too

Excellent service from start to finish!
Luke was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond when we were purchasing our home. Whenever we emailed or spoke to Luke, nothing you asked of him seemed too much trouble or inconvenient and he kept in contact throughout the whole buying process. The day Luke met me at the house after work with the keys on settlement day rather than having to go to his office, was very thoughtful and professional of him. Luke is a very friendly and professional agent and I would thoroughly recommend him to help you buy or sell your home.

Highly recommended!

Very positive experience
I found Josephine when I went to a home open.. I had a quick chat to her and she came over to appraise our investment property which we were getting ready to put up for sale. She was very positive, very upbeat and most of all honest and in no way pushy. She knew exactly what she was talking about in regards to the suburb and what price we would get etc and she was spot on. Our house sold very quickly (first home open… 5 days on the market) and settlement was just as quick. The whole process was very transparent and she kept us informed all the way through. We would definitely recommend Josephine and Semple for anyone looking to buy or sell. P.S.. if your selling and thinking about using staging for your property.. I recommend to do it 100%..
