The team at Semple Property Group South Lake have been an absolute dream to work with and if you want to sell your home then this is the team that can do it. From start to finish Kristin Dunn and Luke Dawson have impressed us every step of the way. Any questions or follow ups were dealt with in a professional, friendly, and timely manner which made the whole process seem almost too easy. Nothing was too big or too small to them. We highly recommend Semple property group and if we were to sell again would go through Kristin and Luke without any hesitations

We enlisted the services of Tanya Forzatti to sell our investment property in Beeliar. Her knowledge of the market and her professionalism enabled us to secure a price above our expectations. We recommended her to our sister in law who was also successful in selling her property. A very positive experience and outcome.

Tanya was amazing from start to finish on the purchase of my own home. It was a very complex, emotional and long-drawn out process because of my personal circumstances but Tanya was supportive, professional, informative and just a wonderful person to deal with and help guide me through all the processes. Her communication is fantastic and I am so very grateful to her and thankful she was the agent I dealt with for my purchase. I honestly can’t recommend or commend her enough.

Kasey was amazing from the minute we contacted her with the idea of selling our home, though we had conditions we were unsure about could be met and didn’t want to waste anyones time. Kasey was honest, provided us options and never pressured us at any stage. What we thought we would get and what we actually got was amazing outcome for us!
