Luke and the team at Semple were amazing at coordinating our settlement date between buyer and our outgoing tenants. They collectively managed to advertise and have offers on the table after first home open. Settlement dates were around Christmas, but Luke managed to coordinate with all parties and have settlement 30 days after we signed with Semple to sell our property. Lots of work behind the scenes that we didn't have to worry about as sellers.
