Kirstin’s professionalism & caring personality is top rate. We would recommend Semple Real Estate Business as one of the top real estate businesses in Perth. We were very happy with our quick sale, she has her finger on the pulse in realty.

John was fantastic to deal with all the way through purchasing our first home. He was polite, friendly, accomodating, available for questions and we never felt rushed or pushed into anything. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! Thanks John!

Answered all my questions and queries in a prompt manner. She is an excellent sales person. Even smiled as she squeezed me for an extra $5K on the asking price. Well done...

Tanya was patient with us as it took a while for our house to be market ready. She has the best photographer to really take the shots of the house perfectly with perfect lighting to set the mood of the house. Once the house was on the market we had over 30 groups trough our one and only home open. An offer was given the next morning with a cash price and settlement to follow 3 weeks later. The process was quick and relatively easy and Tanya remained professional at all times.

Kasey came with full-on recommendations from "up the street" and she lived up to our expectation of a very good agent. Her knowledge of our suburb, the current property situation and her ability to transmit all of that information was professional and informative for us. (We received an appraisal from another agent who was very quickly left in Kasey's dust). We need to say that the current climate was in our favour, however after the first (and only) home open on a Sunday, Kasey presented us with 5 (five!!) offers on the following Tuesday afternoon. Agreement was quickly reached, but as we were trying to align both sale and purchase of another home, there was some juggling and each time Kasey was there supporting and doing what was needed in a timely manner. Finally, on settlement day, Kasey arrived at the door with a good luck/thank you hamper - something we have never witnessed before. Kasey, we thank you and wish you well
