We were extremely impressed with Luke from the get-go. Over the years of buying and selling we have never met an Agent as genuine, friendly, or just "down-to-earth" good human being as Luke. Professional and highly organised, Luke and his Team took care of the process so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. Luke maintained regular contact, keeping us up-to-date, and making sure we stayed on track. No task was too big or request too cumbersome, even when the settlement date moved forward several times, Luke was able to co-ordinate with the tenants, owners and settlement agents to make it all happen on time.
