We came for the inspection and saw alot of potential in the property,we dealt with Libby she was very friendly and we started the negations with property price, every time she presented our offer to the seller and she was very prompt with the feedback of the offers made, after negotiating on our final offer she presented the offer again and we settled on the price on the property, we're very happy with the property and had great service from Libby and Ray White Drouin

Fantastic agent !

From the moment we first engaged Libby to sell our home we knew we were in great hands. Libby has a very friendly, reliable and honest approach and she was always very up-front with us. She listened to our requests and any concerns and offered advice that was knowledgeable and honest. Our home sold within 5-6 weeks and we were very happy with our price and the transaction process. I cant speak highly enough of Kayes handling of our property. She excelled with her professionalism and knowledge of the current market. Her personal attention to us was above the call. Kaye communicated daily and sometimes multiple times a day to keep us informed with the sale of our property"s progress. We cant thank her and the team at Ray White Drouin enough and would highly recommend her to anyone that is planning on buying/selling.

He has done it again

I have been selling various properties over the years and keep coming back to Dale. In my opinion Dale is always straight forward a no nonsense agent with that just get it done approach and he has DONE IT AGAIN Dale has sold various properties for me over the years and never let me down It is important to be able to ring a agent like Dale and get through straight away but if not he will ALWAYS call you back soon after. His overall knowledge of the sale price, presentation,ad wording etc has always been spot on Highly recommend Dale and his team you wont be disappointed
