Dale was is a very down to earth person, very easy to deal with.
Dale has a very good knowledge about the market, he was very prompt and also had the time to discuss things with you. We would definitely get Dale to sell our next house, we were just disappointed that he couldn’t sell us our next home, but this was out of his control as the house came up with a different agent. Dale and Libby worked hard to sell our property due to COVID and being in lock down and we thank them both

Best Agent we've ever dealt with!
Dale Atkin was the agent that sold us into our current property as a vacant block of land. By choice, we engaged Dale to resell this property 5 years later, once the build had been completed. Every step of the process was personally and professionally executed and he is simply the best Real Estate Agent we have ever dealt with. Dale was honest with his assessment of our property, he advised us what we needed to do to present our property at its best and in the end, he achieved an outstanding result for us (we sold at our first inspection!). On top of all this, on a personal note, he is just a good, honest person who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would recommend Dale Atkin highly and with no hesitation. We wouldn't use anyone else in future.
