We sat down with Dale and he told us exactly what the market was doing. Due to the lockdowns in rural areas it was going to be hard to get people through the property. His advice was that he would work his contacts to gain interest which is what he did. After the lockdown was lifted he had groups of people waiting to look at the house. An offer was made in which he was able to negotiate our asking price. Dale went above and beyond our expectations with selling our house of 35 years. He found the right buyers, held private and public open for inspections during ever changing COVID rules and was able to negotiate to a price and settlement term in our favour achieving a result we were over the moon for. Dale never gave up when COVID struck the market and kept persisting that the house can still be sold, and he did just that in such a quick amount of time. Would highly recommend.
